Hi!
I’m Amy,

Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach (DipCNM, mBANT, CNHC). Let me support you in taking that first step towards gaining control of your health. I will guide you through small yet impactful steps to enhance your health and wellbeing from the inside out and create healthy habits that last.

My interest in nutrition and wellness started when I experienced difficulties with my own health.

A combination of an endometriosis diagnosis in my late teens, accompanied by university life and a job in the hospitality industry, led to poor physical and mental health. For years I experienced chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, skin issues and many other symptoms. After reading a blog article about nutrition for hormone health, I began to make small changes to my diet and lifestyle and experienced significant and positive differences.

I became so fascinated by the way my health had improved that I wanted to know absolutely everything I could about nutrition and wellness. I enrolled in a 3-year Nutritional Therapy course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a Health Coaching course with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

These days my health issues no longer control me.

My passion is to share what I have learned with others who have a deep desire to elevate their health and feel like their best self.

When I’m not working I enjoy studying to build on my knowledge of nutrition and wellness both for my own and professional benefit. I have recently become a mum and love spending time with my family; curling up with a good book and eating great food.
